How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your details and payment information, then confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation via WhatsApp with order details and delivery information.

We accept payments through Paystack, which supports multiple payment channels:

How long does delivery take?

We offer same-day delivery in Ongata Rongai & Its Environs for orders placed before 2 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the next business day. Delivery is free within Ongata Rongai & Its Environs. You'll receive a WhatsApp notification with the exact delivery time.

Is the payment secure?

Yes, absolutely! We use Paystack, a secure payment gateway that encrypts all transaction data. Your financial information is never stored on our servers. Paystack is PCI DSS compliant and trusted by thousands of businesses.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified within 1 hour of placement before processing begins. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +254 712 345 678 or email guarulhosliquer@gmail.com to request changes. After 1 hour, modifications may not be possible, but you can place a new order.

What is your return/refund policy?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with all products. If you receive a damaged bottle or defective product, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund. Please report any issues within 24 hours of delivery with photos for verification.

Are all products authentic?

Yes! We guarantee 100% authentic products. All items are sourced directly from authorized distributors and verified for authenticity. We never stock counterfeit goods. If you have concerns about any product, please contact us immediately.

Do you deliver outside the Tumaini area?

Currently, we deliver within Ongata Rongai & Its Environs. For locations outside these areas, please contact us directly at +254 722 203 960 or guarulhosliquer@gmail.com to arrange special delivery. Additional charges may apply for out-of-area deliveries.

What is the age requirement for purchase?

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol in Kenya. We verify customer age during delivery. Our delivery personnel will request valid ID at the time of delivery. Orders from customers under 18 will not be processed.
